Jock

Jock is a home bred 16 month old Huntaway / kelpie / Collie mix.

He was kept to work but has no interest in sheep so is looking for an active home with someone who can bring him on.

He is a lovely dog who spends his time on the yard and lives in an outdoor kennel. He would make a super companion to someone who has time to train him.

 

He has had no formal training and would need to learn to walk on a lead, get house trained etc but he has a huge amount going for him at his young age.

 

On assessment he was fairly nervous but warmed up after a while so we are looking for someone who will build his trust gradually and advocate for him whilst he settles into his new home.

He met a female kelpie during his assessment and showed no reactivity although he was very interested in her and may need to learn some more socialising skills.
